Welcome to IALAcademy, a platform offering AI courses for students in Grades 1-12 at UAE schools. By accessing or using our website (www.ialacademy.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. For users under 21, a parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf.

1. Eligibility and Access

  • UAE Schools Only: Only students enrolled in UAE schools may sign in and access our courses. We verify school affiliation during registration.

  • Global Access: The website is accessible globally, but course access is restricted to UAE school students.

  • Parental Consent: Users under 21 require parental consent to register, in line with UAE law.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (e.g., name, email, school name) during registration.

  • Keep login credentials confidential and not share them with others.

  • Use our courses for personal, educational purposes only and not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission.

  • Comply with UAE laws and avoid harmful behavior, such as uploading malicious content or disrupting the site.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on IALAcademy (e.g., courses, videos, text) is owned by IALAcademy or its licensors and protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, share, or use our content outside the platform without written permission.

4. Account and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and notifying us at ialacademyhelp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or UAE law.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • IALAcademy provides courses “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

  • To the extent permitted by UAE law, IALAcademy is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including data loss or service interruptions.

  • Our site is hosted by Wix, with data stored in the United States, Ireland, and Israel. Wix’s terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

  • External links on our site are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
